Hi @brand-ie was thinking of you sunday coz watched an episode of Brooklynn 99!
My advice for what it's worth to anyone who is a reasonable size and fairly healthy...
its party season,so go easy during the day but enjoy whatever's on offer at evening celebrations ( and at any afternoon festivities)
From Christmas Eve to Boxing Day,don't give it a second thought- just go for it. After that, and bearing in mind there's prob goodies in the house til after New Year, get back to 5:2, and hoover up all the leftover stuff on yr feed days..(Jan is a dark month so if you find it hard, enjoy eating whats left of xmas on feed days)
By Feb,be back on track, hopefully with minimal damage, spring is on its way!

Love this thread! Count me in with those of you starting your "New Year" early! I actually started November 16(first fast day). This is week 3 for me.

My main goal is to keep up with 2-3 days fasting a week and also keep up with my boot camp exercise schedule. I try to do 3-4 sessions a week. I've been doing boot camp for 2 years and just passed my 300th session! I'm hoping the fasting will be a nice complement to the boot camp exercise. Love it so far!

Happy New Year everyone!
Happy New Year @Lori!
I admire yr bootcamp ! Well done on 300 sessions X
