Ah Suchard, what a tough time you've been having.
Thanks for taking the time to update- you pop into my head back and forth so it's good to know where you're at.
Look after yourself and drop in when you can if you feel like it.
So sorry to read all that's happened, you've certainly had plenty to contend with. I think the fact you've maintained your loss is amazing and shows this really is a way of life for you now. So sorry for your losses :0(
What a terrible time you are having. When tragedy like this happens so unexpectedly and the loss is so sudden I so feel for you x. Take care we will be thinking of you!
 Thank you everyone.. your support and kind words are touching. Maybe this is what I need to jump back on that wagon with you all :) Have just spotted Juliana.Rivers post about "69ers" Christmas Club.... think I really should join that and put a spurt back on again. Thank you all again -
Oh Suchard, what a lot to cope with! So unfair that you can have such a wonderful holiday and then life goes and kicks you in the teeth! Unfortunately, time is the only way to get through such grief.

I quite agree that doing 5:2 should not be your focus at the moment...particularly if you are maintaining your weight without it. However, if you do fancy joining the Christmas club we'd love to see you there!

Take care and pop in when you can!
Thank you carorees - I've just joined the Christmas Club eeeeeeeek!! - think that could just be the kick up the bum that I need. I also think I need to take note of my own 'sign off signature'. There is something wrong with the situation.... but there's nothing I can do about it.... so I just need to sort my attitude out and get back on with life and enjoy it and take my love and happy memories of those we've just lost along with me for the ride. Thanks and love to WildMissus and Doodle who've been encouraging me to come back on the forum xx
Yes, it will be lovely to have you back on here posting - time is the best healer of course but posting on the forum again could be a welcome distraction. Hope to see over on the 69ers thread...
I have missed you. Your African adventure sounds fantastic and you will hold those memories forever. I believe memories are a gift from God. It is amazing how life can throw much at you at once. I remember your posts and think you are an upbeat gal. This will carry you through. In the mean time hugs and love.
Welcome back, Suchard, I've thought of you and your African adventure often while you've been gone. I'm very sorry about your grievous losses and now the stress of moving. Hope you will post when you can--the support of this group is so helpful.

Best, Marybeth
Hello :) So pleased to see you posting on here. Looking forward to a cuppa and a chat soon xxx
@Suchard007 It's all been said above, so...
Hugs!
