Came back from our lovely holiday on Friday and pleased to say I only had a 1.2kg gain.
That's despite no fasting over the two weeks, drinking wine every night (I normally only drink 3 days a week and then only one glass) and eating out on 3 course meals every evening. I'm really very surprised it was such a small gain. Hubby also didn't gain much.
I think we did OK because I love my seafood so had that most nights, and we sensibly most of the time at breakfast and lunch. We also spent a lot of time in the sea and pool. Whilst I'm still not at my target weight, it did feel good not to be the biggest person on the beach
First fast after our hol today so I'm sure it will be coming off quite quickly, so happy that I'll be back on track again very soon!
