Delighted or Disappointed?

I'm about 2lbs down.

I didn't weigh myself before I started this again (abject fear stopped me) but I knew roughly what I was, and I'm definitely lower now. Thank GOD!

Fasting wasn't too bad this week... I'm usually all about making everything we eat from scratch if I can, but I could not be bothered this week and bought a packet of these

and ate half a pepper as my main meal on fasting days, with salad. They are yummy (and easy).
Well done there i and yes Sainsbugs is good for low-cal readies, also M&S has upped their game recently too - useful to have a few in the freezer.

well done iv'e been having an m&s low cal ready meal on fast days and working around that. It takes the stress out of it for me. :oops:
Thats really good Im counting! Making it as easy as poss makes it more easily do able doesnt it! X
