OK - so ever since my holiday(s) i've been struggling to get back into the swing of things
My weight has yo-yo'd back and forth between a few lbs
BUT TODAY! i think i've cracked it - my 1st day in AGES to manage a fast day! I've been watching the calorie intake but always got to lunch and felt SO hungry i could not contemplate fasting
Today, although it was "planned" i just cracked on and tried not to think about it too much and it's nearly 5.30 and dinner-time
I asked the time old question - "am i hungry or do I just think i need to eat?"
Here's to the road to recovery! next planned fast will be Thursday now - fingers crossed!!
