Delighted or Disappointed?

Thank you all for your kind words of support, I just feel really frustrated. I weighed myself again today and I'm a lb down from yesterday so maybe I am not drinking enough on my fast days? I don't really drink anything, mainly because I no longer feel hungry on my fast days. Well anyway, I'm going to keep at it, try low carb next week, drink lots of water and avoid the scales, maybe if I don't look then I won't get so frustrated.
Yes, your body still needs fluid to operate. You need to drink and not to give your body food as in soups, milky drinks but to hydrate as in water, herbal teas. You know that really but sometimes it is easy to forget to drink especially at this time of year when it's cooler and you(or at least I) don't get so thirsty. If you are not taking on fluid that will also help to explain the weight gain.
