Keep going - I lost weight the first week, nothing the second two weeks but am hopeful for the 4th week after getting on the scales this morning. In any case, I know I've lost fat because my waist is smaller and my clothes are looser.
Two weeks is really too early to judge and the 5:2 diet isn't a crash one, you only lose 1lb a week on average (I think) so it takes time.
PS I was in Paris for Valentine's weekend too, but was ill so didn't eat or drink much at all, although still managed plenty of walking.

This is the reason I decided to only get on the scales once a month :)
