Well, I have officially lost a stone. I think it's possibly more but this is going on the tracker here, which is very useful indeed.
I started off on ADF but have swapped to 4:3 this last couple of weeks. Interestingly, as I'd upped my exercise and gone all healthy with food, the loss slowed down and stopped last week. So this week, back to the chocolate and all day brekkies (in moderation and with mindfulness, no binging!) and woot, I've achieved my mini-goal.
