Delighted or Disappointed?

Two months after getting rid of the 40-in waist trousers, today I got rid of the 38's and shifted to my 36's (and a few of the 34's are even fitting now).

Yay me! :-)
YAY YOU is right!! Congrats to you! :-)
Yay you indeed!!! :-)
Awesome!
WOW. Well done and congratulations (can't wait to be posting same comment) yes you're an inspiration :clover: Sue
Wow congratulation on your progress so far it great to hear about others achieving with this WOE :like:
Hey that's great - especially considering all you,ve been through recently! :like:
Very Nice! :like: Well done! :star: Hope you are healing up nicely? :)
Congratulations! I wish my husband could learn a few things from you! Although he has managed to lose twelve pounds overall, which is better than putting more weight on! Hope you are well on the mend now
Well done! You'll be cutting a fine figure on the Champs Elysees!
Quick update, a few important milestones in the last month or so:

--First fastiversary January 8th. Sticking to something, anything, for a full year is a pretty big deal in my mind. Really reinforces to me that this is a WoL/WoE rather than a "diet."

--Size 34" jeans are ever so slightly better-fitting than size 36" (though either are comfortable). I'm on the cusp of converting my leg wardrobe at any time now.

--From the beginning of IF to this week I've lost 42 pounds. I'm normally more-excited about things divisible by 10, but since I've been on this UK forum the fact that I've dropped 3 stone is mentionable...

--I'm within 5 pounds of the top-end of my target maintenance band (173-179), in no special hurry to actually get there, but the last several weeks I've been averaging a solid 1 pound per week loss. I hope to be in maintenance mode before the summer hits this year.
Well done there that man!
Great going BrucE! Must be so helpful having Tracie alongside you too and celebrating each other's success!
Thats great Bruce! And i agree,to stick at something for a year is an achievement
I' m nearly 6 months in now, and i feel for the first time ever when it comes to weight reduction,i will still be here in another six months and beyond x
So proud of you, even if you're better at this whole weight loss thing than I am :-)
