Just want to report in the good news

I posted earlier in the week that I was feeling somewhat down as I couldn't believe I'd put on 1.5kg by missing one fast day the week before in our indulgent little family holday ot Legoland. You can see the blip in my progress tracker!

So weighed in yesterday morning and guess what, it's all come off again after only three fast days. Since I am normally around 0.6kg down on a weekly basis, it's great to have lost nearly that amount for each of the last three fasts I've done. :victory:

Oh alright, some of it was probably water retention due to the higher salt intake whilst away, but it's still given me a boost and motivated me onwards.

We had friends round for drinks and nibbles last night and I mainly stuck to the veggies and dips, but even so, I woke feeling still quite full, so I'm having an extra mini fast this morning and have skipped breakfast. I love how I'm in control of my appetite now and looking forward to more progress next week.
