Well I've eaten "normally" for 3 days and to tell the truth, I feel bloated and yucky
Fast day today and I'm looking forward to feeling a bit more in control.
It's my 3rd week, I did not loose last week, week but my mini goal is to see where I'm at in 5 weeks
I've also started to be a bit more active, went to the gym with my friend Sunday morning, and am planning on 2 5k walks tonight and Thursday.
Fingers crossed for an "easy" fast and a good week
