Delighted or Disappointed?

I'm delighted because week 5 fast 10 yesterday and I didn't have to 'get up in the night' for the first time. Hope that's not TMI but I just had to share! :grin:
Dang ... that hasn't happened to me since I was pregnant with my WS - 22 years ago! :wink:

I'm assuming you mean the night after a fast? If so, yes, I always have to 'get up' more often after a fasting day. I don't know if its because I drink more liquids or what but after a fasting day I almost always get up more often.

Don't know if others are affected like this by I am...
Yes, sorry, I meant the night after a day of fasting, I thnk it's quite common, there are a lot of wee posts on here about it :smile:
How lovely to get thru the night without traipsing to the loo!
Fast days ...in the loo by the minutes,ditto fast nights..
Iread that after a while the body adjusts to the extra fluid intake and you dont need to wee as much..but try telling my kidneys that x!
