Delighted or Disappointed?

Week 3 on 4:3 and no wight loss :( I put 100g back on. I kinda knew it was coming because my clothes did not feel any looser at all but it's still disappointing. I'll hang in there and hopefully the scales will shift down again next week (although I'm in NZ all week so actually I'll probably put on weight!) I don't have much weight to lose so I'm worried I'll hit a stubborn plateau and not be able to get off it!
100g is not even half a pound. If you beat yourself up over such small amounts you'll go mad! Try to relax and if you stick with I'm sure any plateau will pass, its definitely harder to lose on any diet when you don't have much weight to shift.Keep positive, you'll get there! :)
Is it time of the month? That could explain it!
