Delighted or Disappointed?

4 posts Page 1 of 1
Last week I reported a 2lbs gain after my 'Fabulous Fortnight' (as named by Wendy Darling) of family celebrations. Although a small increase I was disheartened to be back in the 'overweight' category but the wonderful support from the forum got me back on track.

I have fasted properly for two days this week and have eaten normally on the other days. I am delighted to report that I have lost 2lbs and am back to 'normal', AND have lost half an inch off my waist. Yippee!

Thanks everyone for your support

Only 2lbs away from my initial target now so hope to get there by the end of the month
Well done Windsinger great to hear this! Just shows all is not lost - and everything to gain - and you can enjoy those very special family celebrations.

Look forward to you reaching your first target :like: :clover: :victory:

Great news windsinger knew it would go when you got back on the straight + narrow :like: Good Luck with your next goal :clover: Sue
