HELP!!!
Ever since I got back from Holiday - 4 weeks ago!! I've been hungry and unable to make it through a proposed fast day
Why can't i get back to it??? I start out with great intentions but by lunch i'm so hungry - and even when i have eaten i'm feeling light headed and woosey
I'm definitely drinking enough fluids, so dehydration is not a factor
I've got the Race for Life, 10k Sunday morning and next Sat a 20mile charity bike ride, so i'm not being lazy at the mo
Was thinking to try again Monday and have a fast day - i'll be back to request lots of support i think!!!
I did weigh last week but there was a slight gain and i could not face posting my weigh in - but i'll weigh tomorrow morning and log whatever it reads, maybe that will help
