Re: Sunday Weigh In

After a few weeks of staying the same/fluctuating up and down I decided only to weigh once a month so today was first weigh in since beginning of April and I am happy to report a loss of 3 lb!! In total that is 11 lb off and I am under 10st for the first time in a long, long time!

Ideally I would like to lose a few more pounds but if I stay just under 10 st for ever I would be happy!

And I bought a new top in size 10 yesterday!!

Fast day tomorrow then off on holiday on Tuesday!

All in all life is good!!

Monthly Sunday weigh in and the 3lbs lost last month have gone back on!

Not too upset as I did have two weeks off with 7 days on an all inclusive holiday.

As long as I stay around 10st I am happy.

Having read various posts on here I am thinking I may try 16:8 for the next month - just to see how it goes. Will probably only manage it Monday to Friday and then just try and eat sensibly at the weekends.

Definitely sticking to the fasting route as it does work, I just get so hungry on fasting days at the moment!

Looking forward to next months weigh in!

Although I have been weighing monthly I decided to weigh today after a week of doing 16:8. Weight has stayed the same which is ok.

I also found the tape measure and measured my waist for the first time in weeks and have lost another inch and a half since I last looked!! Whooop, whoop!
