Weight stayed the same this week but 9 lbs down since starting this WOE and I am still happy!

Found the tape measure and have lost another half an inch off my waist so that is good too!

Hope everyone else weighing today get the results they are looking for!

Not so good this week - put on a pound and stayed the same round my waist. Might be something to do with the party I went to on Saturday - massive chinese take away, Mr Whippy ice creams from a van and lots of cava! Not to mention the cake I ate yesterday! Tut, tut, must try harder. :frown:

Another week of staying the same! All good and better than a gain!

Hope everyone else weighing today gets the result they hope for.

Ooops! A pound on this week - must have been the bag of mini eggs that sneaked in on a non-fasting day!

Gosh those eggs must be high calorie then! 3500 cals? If not, the 1 lb is not fat (or at least, not much)!

Caroline - I suspect time of the month has more to do with it than the mini eggs if I am honest!

Great job! A pound a week is reasonable and steady.

Keep up the good work! :like:

Does it really matter is you weigh in the morning or at night, as long as it's the same time?

Tonight will be second week and I'm hoping to see progress. Up to now, I've not lost anything.

A good result this morning - 3 pounds off!! I am now 10st (love the way the tracker put this as 9st 13.99lb - haven't been 9st anything for ages!!)

Stomar - don't think it matters but best to be consistent - I always weigh on a Sunday morning.

Good luck anyone else weighing today and enjoy your Easter Eggs!!

Congratulation! A really good loss - those mini eggs didn't do any permanent harm then! Well done for staying positive when you didn't lose for a couple of weeks. This loss is your reward!

If you're using the Progress Tracker, why don't you make it public so that it will encourage others? I think it's quite helpful to see how other people are doing - plus I'm really nosy!

I almost didn't weigh myself because I seem to have gained 1& 1/2 lbs since yesterday but stayed the same since my last recorded weigh-in which was an unscheduled one last Wednesday. However back on my usual Sunday weigh ins now because I think my body has sorted itself out since returning from Egypt. Since Christmas I have lost 18 lbs & since joining the forum eight weeks ago & 5:2ing I have lost 9.5 lbs. So a consistent loss of just over a pound a week that I am pleased with because it is a slow but steady loss. Oh & I have lost lots of inches from my hips & thighs.
Well done everyone who has lost weight today.

Thanks for your congratulations StowgateResident - I found it fairly easy to stay positive - the 1 lb on last week was only a blip and I have total faith in the WOE after the results I have had so far!

Hadn't realised the progress tracker wasn't public - have amended the settings now so you can be nosy as much as you like!!

A couple of lbs back on today! Looking at the monthly weigh in stats I am the same as I was at the begining of March!

Still 8 lbs down since I started 5:2 though so all good!

Big effort now as next official monthly weigh in will be just before my holiday to Turkey!

Hope everyone weighing today gets a result they are happy with!

Hello Sunday weighers

I weighed & recorded my weight on Friday for the forum weigh in but I did step on the scales today & seem to have gone up 1/2 lb in two days  but I will be back on my normal schedule of fasting Monday & Friday & weighing next Sunday so we will see. Even so I am averaging just over a pound a week loss, I am wearing a size smaller & since Christmas I have lost 19 pounds so I am very pleased & will be following this WOL forever.
Good luck everyone weighing in today
