Congratulations @Scubachick- good time too! That's the sort of weather I dread as my body just thinks I'm "avin a laff" expecting it to run in those conditions.

Well done scubachick, pretty impressive for a first attempt. Give in to the carb cravings for a couple of days, to replenish glycogen stores and help muscle repair. Then back to normal...
