Getting Sweaty! Exercise & Fitness

I can't decide whether it is it worth buying the Fast Exercise book or if I've already read enough about HIT online.

In theory, I do HIT a couple of times a week (mostly tabata style, so 20 sec full on, 10 sec recovery x 8, also using weights) - but often weeks will go by and I realise I haven't done any for a while. I am pretty active and walk a lot, cycle for transport and skate a few times a week - but what I really need is muscle building/bone density exercise.

Anyone have the book and found it's motivated them more?
Hi I bought the book. I found it very interesting and it helped motivate me to get back to some exercise after a few months break. Your weight exercises will help with the muscle and bone building.
You certainly seem to be in the right track with what you are doing.
If you have access to scientific literature, you can get all the refs for free. Between that and the documentary, I don't think the book is anything new. There are plenty of web sites listing the different protocols.
I bought it but it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.
Thank you :like:
So if I need that bit of extra motivation, I might get it, but for now will just try and get my HIT happening how I want it to be rather than "tomorrow" mode.
The Kindle edition is only £3.15 at the moment on Amazon. I found it a nice read, there were interesting facts about HIT and a good section on exercises. Nicely written, easy to read and motivating.
Thanks, might go with that if it's also cheap in Australia
