A new video with exercises that seem to be the answer to the age-old upper arm problem !!!!! This might work, you never know.

I will give this a go I have just started using weights ,watch this space:)
Got to be worth a go! I think my bingo wings are worse since doing 5:2 :( just a minor issue but I'll try this. Thanks for posting :)
I need help with mine. Thanks for sharing!
oh no. video no longer available :-(
I can still see it - probably doesn't work in Japan, MaryAnn - so sorry :frown: :frown:
Doesn't seem to work in rural England either, shame, but thanks for trying anyway, everything is appreciated on this site,

Ballerina x
It worked here in Nevada, USA, and it is great! I think I will be doing this type of movement with 3 lb. weights and resistance bands. In fact, my zumba maracas will be perfect! What I thought was fascinating and seems intuitively correct is that the non-traditional weight lifting movements will do a better job of toning the bingo-wing muscles as well as working on the core.
The link is not working here in Lincolnshire, England, either! How disappointing, my hopes were raised - only to be dashed in the blink of an eye!
I did a search on Tracy Anderson and she has a bunch of videos on youtube as well as fitness DVD's on her website. She has one on youtube called sexy arms for beginners http://video.search.yahoo.com/video/pla ... t=att&tt=b

Hopefully our friends outside the US will be able to see this. :)
I find upper arm exercises too painfull, but oddly enough I can knead bread dough. So I get 10 minutes a day of arm and shoulder exercises. I hope its enough until I can exercise properly.
You are correct @Julieathome, you should NOT be even attempting these movements until you've had your surgery and healed properly.
The second link works. And, Ouch it really works your upper arms! I will see if they cause me any neurological pain in an hour or so. It shouldn't as it didn't pull on my neck.
Lol, you just HAD to try it didn't you? ;)
Yep I did. They are actually really easy to do. I didn't even stand up, just sat in my chair and waved my arms around. I did nearly hit hubby as he came in the room unsuspecting. He just gave me 'the look' and made me a cup of tea. I sure he thinks tea cures a myriad of ill's, including temporary insanity in his wife. He's getting used to me doing weird things.
