I didn't get that email, I guess because I'm in the U.S. but that's awesome that you guys can do it!

I'm excited because I've met my goal 6 days in a row!! I should be able to do it again today, because I'm going to start training for a 5K. I am going to try listening to an audiobook while I do it. Unfortunately, I don't often meet my goal on Sundays because I'm not working and my exercise is swimming, so that doesn't count. But, that's ok!
