Hi girls,
I am wondering if you could suggest a good sports bra. I am currently putting up with the Bereli running style that has loads of awards, but doest not adequately support my girls.
Yes i would like to know the answer to this one too. Though I am changing shape so much at the moment.
The Shock Absorber seems to be well liked, but I have never got on with bras that you have to scramble into, so can't speak from personal experience.
I wear an M&S sports bra, which works for me, although I will say that my 'girls' are much diminished from a 38E to a modest if slightly sad 36C

Not really about sports bras..but one thing about 5:2.. Unlike other diets where i always lose weight first from my bust..on 5:2, my boobs seem to have gone fuller rather than empty out..anyone else find that?
I've gone from a 48 dd to a 42 e much to hubby's delight. :)
I can highly recommend a Shock Absorber bra. Expensive but well worth it.

Lesley
Why not try something like this on top of your current sports bra? It can really help to increase the support provided without breaking the bank!

I tap dance, which involves a lot of jumping up and down. My 36G's are strapped into a top-level Shockabsorber bra, and barely move! It is a miracle of nature, I tell you! Yes, it is a wriggle to get in, as the straps have to be pretty snug, but I cannot dance without it, as the audience would never be looking at my feet
I'm not particularly well endowed, but I use Champion sports bras. They're very comfortable and provide good support. I'm quite bony up top these days, and chafing is an issue (I have scars caused by chafing sports bras), so comfort is important for me.
Without question, the best sports bras I have ever worn are 'moving comfort' Juno. They are pretty easy to get into and incredibly comfortable and supportive. I used to be a shock absorber girl until I found these, but there's no going back now!

Just a tip from my G cup days (thankfully I'm down to a DD-E these days) In the past, I've found it better to wear two sports bras rather than one super tight one which won't necessarily stop the bounce. I'm paranoid about bouncing! I only wear the moving comfort one (single) now.
Let me add my ringing endorsement for Shock Absorber whatever is the maximum motion control. They are miraculous. (38DD here) The website is hilarious as it has a Bounce-0-Meter simulator where you put in your size and it shows a woman running with naked breasts, regular bra and Shock Absorber motion control. Apparently was very exciting for 14 y.o. boys
Another Shock Absorber fan here - I think sports bras are one of things where you get what you pay for - cheaper ones in my experience haven't given the same support!
I'm also a shock absorber fan and even with what was a modest size (36C), they felt under control. Some designs hook at the back like a normal bra so you don't have to scramble into them

Shock absorber for me too... i've got 2 sizes, they are tight, but they're meant to be, i've found since losing weight the larger one has a bit more "movement" now.... :)

yeah, I had that after losing a lot of weight; bit like two peas rattling around in a bucket  . Definitely another vote for Shock Absorber 'Run'; very comfortable, even when worn for long training sessions.
