Just a beginner diver here - so far loving it! As I am only new to diving I haven't yet noticed any improvements from 5.2

I have been diving for quite a while and every week, I still love it. There is plenty of excellent and varied types of diving in NZ I am told. Dive safe and enjoy.

I haven't been since I broke my arm. Before that I had only done a day of diving since starting IF. I lost a lot of weight off my belt. I can't wait to get back out there! I live in Okinawa. There's not much else to do!

Dive regularly and can't say I see any difference in what I do and how I do it...
