Hello fellow fasters! Anybody doing the 30 day shred? I'm only on day 3 & wondered if anybody else had tried it? Wanted to lay down and die after my first attempt & could barely lift my arms the following day. I'm going to try really hard to keep at it though. I have never exercised, I hate it & always have
I want to emerge toned once I get down to my target weight ( like the squidgy caterpiller to the toned butterfly analogy somebody posted a few days ago) and hope the evil Jillian will help me get there!
So if any of you have had any success with it, let me know
From a former smoker, drinker & couch potato
( well not exactly former drinker but cut to once a week!)
