The issue is not whether Nicky_94 was offended, is it that the word can be harmful, despite your intentions. It's best just to say sorry and stop using it.

That said, you might want to try swimming freestyle (crawl) - it always helped me keep my tummy in check.

I think apologies means the same thing? It was Melanie Cheeks I was saying sorry to incase I had offended her.

Thank you for the swimming tip
I just want to start by saying I had no intention to offend anyone and have now changed the title of this thread. Thanks to BBT053 who recognised this was not my intention.

Thanks for all the thumbs up to the Jilian Michaels workouts, I am actually excited to start it when it arrives!

Nicky_94 I'm thinking (if the ripped in 30 goes well) of doing the shred after as I've heard great reviews for both! Good luck :clover:
I know a few people doing the insanity workouts but don't think I'm cut out for that yet, plus it's really expensive isn't it?

gillymary thanks for posting - will watch that clip when I get home tonight. I'm assuming Nadiaj is a member on here? Going to search now thanks :like:
My sister downloaded it from somewhere so she didn't pay anything, I never thought about paying Lol, but it could well be expensive...
Yeah apparently it's like £100 odd!
