Well done everyone. I'm doing my third liquid fast this week tomorrow. Sticking with the green juice seeing as it's Halloween 'n all..
   I've lost 4lb this week. I haven't done anything different....apart from not having any marigold bouillon drinks on fast days. For the last 3 or 4 weeks I had started drinking marigold on fast days to give me a boost as I has read that low sodium intake on fast days can make you feel lethargic and limp. Marigold certainly perked me up but I think the salt content has made me retain water. I don't add salt to food at all so it is possible that I am quite sensitive to it. At last the weight is coming off again and I'm at my lowest weight in about 13 years!
Two liquid fasts this week which I am really pleased about, but I get sooooo cold!, my hubby thinks I'm mad as I am rugged up in a blanky on the sofa!
@wildmissus Brilliant! 4lb off in a week - at this stage - way to go girl xx

Yesterdays LOF was good - but scales not showing their usual 3llb overnight loss after a LOF day but just a mere l lb :fat: ... looking forward to tomorrow's weekly weigh in :)
Yay ! Great news @wildmissus

Good luck for tomoz weigh in @suchard007.

I've done one LOF this week, and won't be fasting again till next Thursday, so am attempting mindful eating, and no sugar, so far so good.
 Think I've just blown all my work this week - DD wanted fish & chips tonight, came back from work and announced that's what she was having who else wanted some. Well, was I really expected to sit and smell that throughout the house  I had a very small portion, but having had lunch at my sisters and having planned a homemade bowl of soup for dinner tonight while the others had chilli con carne - well I could have managed that and not felt deprived... but not fish and chips. Oh well, will have to wait and see what happens on those scales in the morning... but I'm not looking forward to it now. I am SO stupid :frown:
nOOOOO1 you're nor stupid, just human! One meal isn't going to undo all your hard work so don't beat yourself up. Put it behind you now and remember that tomorrow is another day!
Thanks Suchard and Minum, hope you both do well in the weigh in. I met up with Nessie today - we had a lovely 3 and a half hour lunch and wander in Dobbies. We both had the soup and share a mahoosive cheese scone. It was lovely meeting up with another like minded 5:2er.

@Minumonline When you tag someone you need to go to the full editor and along the top of the typing area is a button for tag then just put the members name in. Only just learned how to do it myself.

@Suchard007, you are not stupid, there is nothing you or anyone could do to avoid that situation  . Scales are funny things, it might not be so bad.
Awwww@suchard007. Who can resist that smell. Sounds like it was in a good cause.... I have finished for the day although I put too much kale in my juice and I'm so bloated I look pregnant. So currently sipping fennel tea and hope it goes down before the tape measure and scales come out in the morning
Am in today for another day of teas interspersed with green drink, umm glad to know go light on the kale @rawkaren my tummy is already rumbling
