Fasting today?

Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.

Thank you Wildmissus, yes I have been a grumpy sod, but as OH's in Vic at the moment, i can wallow in my grumpiness on my own! The up/downside was that I could barely manage anything yesterday, maybe 600 cals and the same today, I've had to force myself to eat. Most unlike me.
I agree ladies, much easier to do without completely.
I'm in again today. I'll really tired today and it's all your fault........well sort of, I was on the forum until well after midnight last night!

Katamac - sorry to hear you've got wind  .
haha, I have so much wind, and I haven't even been eating baked beans ;)

Saw from earlier post I was hungry on Monday when I fasted too. I wonder if I'm hungry when I fast more than I remember when I think back? I think of fasting as being easy on my non-fasting days - but maybe that's just my rose coloured glasses, and I'm actually hungry most fasts? Bahaha, oh well, as long as it works :)
I've thrown in an extra fast day today for good measure! It's been busy at work so easy so far, but wondering whether to go the whole hog or have a normal dinner! Decisions, decisions!
Hanging on in there too. Looking forward to the weekend :like:
Decided to go for it, so a 4:3 the last week! Now for a cup of tea :0)
