One thing that I have noticed is that I don't miss food, even on feed days I remind myself to eat. None of the old "no, I mustn't" I'm just not interested now. How can it be this easy?? I'm more than half way to my goal weight in 3 1/2 months and don't feel like I'm on a diet. Feel so much better in every way. A great WoE.
My DH has lost weight too and is feeling much healthier even though he wasn't far from his normal BMI. We both think this is really sustainable. Yeah!
