Moien

A glorious Autumn morning in Luxembourg but I can't believe that I'm the first up amongst fasters today. Kicking off with two boiled eggs from the farm in the next village. Also have the car today, first time since the ankle incident three weeks ago, so some shopping , then art group later, where they always do cake...aaaaargh.
And OH wants coleslaw with the cold roast chicken for supper. Double aaargh!
Happy fasting,
Xx
I'm in. I had very calorie heavy weekend. So well deserved fast today for me. Zucchini for dinner.
I went to the other post 'What gives' which seemed to be a 'fasting today' thread and was on that line. I'm in. I've just had dinner which was completely yummy. It was lamb rack in a salad of baby spinach leaves with mint and a dressing of fish sauce, soy sauce, red currant jelly, chilli, rice vinegar. I've got 47 calories left. What will it be? 100 grams of yogurt with some black berries?
@Hellengerin thanks for leading us out today. I'm in. I have a busy day (week  ) at work to keep me focused. Salmon and veggies for dinner. Meanwhile sparkling water and tea till then, the kitchen is closed
Happy fasting everyone :clover:
Hi everyone, I'm in today and feeling like I have a hangover thanks to excessive sugar consumption yesterday, so I'm glad to be fasting! I'm planning on drinking some nice cleansing green tea this morning and will have a mid afternoon snack of carrots and hummous and this evening I'm going to make something with portobello mushrooms, not sure what yet but it will probably involve grilling them.
Good luck fellow fasters!
I'm in too. Today I have had a poached egg and will have a cup of Bovril at lunchtime and then a M&S ready meal which is 258 calories. That plus cups of tea will be my lot today. Not sure what to cook hubby though as he doesn't join me on fast days. Last week successfully did two fasting days, my first week ever but weighing myself this morning it doesn't look as if I've lost any weight yet, although I didn't go mad on my non fasting days. Lets hope some comes off this week.
I'm in ..doing a back to back yesterday and today
Full of cold so its relatively easy just to keep to water ...
Good luck everyone!x
Happy fasting day, Hellengrin! I just finished my Monday... Big dinner salad that looked like a trough filled with grass clippings. LOL! :D Well, it did fill me up! Also managed to have a bit of Greek yogurt and blueberries. Roughly 475cals!
Hello everyone!

I am also fasting today. I have had just had herbal tea, black coffee and water so far and in a little while I shall have some homemade hot and sour vegetable soup with some pork tongue added to it, and later for tea some chicken, barley and steamed veg. I also want to go for a swim again as long as it doesn't rain.
Monday Faster Here Too!
Off to Pilates class after having a coffee & whey protein shake.
Have a great day! :like: ~ Ann
 hi hi! I'm fasting today and what a gloriously sunny wonder it is too.
So far had 2 tisanes and 2 decaf black coffees. Planning on avocado, boiled egg and leaves after 6 pm, then decaf coffee with cream. That's it until after 10am tomorrow
Keep going folks \o/
I'm in today. I had put on a few pounds in the last couple of months so am currently fasting a couple of days a week but, more importantly, being much more careful about what I'm eating on the other days. I realised that I had started to eat more and more 'empty-calorie' foods, so I have put a brake on those and my weight is responding. I'm not doing without them completely (would I ever!) but at my 'official' weekly weigh-in yesterday I was just under my target weight by half a pound - first time for ages!
Stay strong everyone! We can see this fast day though! :victory:
Hola I'm in for Monday as well. Trying to keep myself busy at work.
Mixing it up a bit this week. I'm going for a fasting window approach. This will just suit my schedule a bit better than attempting my 36-hour liquid fast. So I'll be opening my eating window for dinner only Monday-Friday. See how that goes.
Wow! Lots of fasters today! I'm in too, for the first time in donkeys' years! I've bean very good and so far Ive only had 434 cals in the form of chicken, mushroom and rice soup (courtesy of M&S) and a chocolate mousse (also from M&S). I'm not going to get hett up about the cals though. If I fancy a choccie bar later, I shall have a choccie bar - but as I've come this far!! ;)
How are you guys doing? Not long to go now (or already over for some of you ;)
Bean xx
Interestingly I'm low carbing at the moment and not restricting but counting the cals out of intersest and because in order to count carbs, I get cal counts too on MFP.
Also low carb fasting is too blinkin hard.
So I'm at 79 gm carbs and 1078 cals. I'm running less and so shaking myself up a bit for Xmas.
