Not in for my usual Monday fast because I annoyingly took too much chicken out yesterday and had way too much fresh vege to use up, so it will be a healthy day but not under 500.
Lil
Yes, I'm in today as well, overdid the food intake this past weekend so glad to be fasting.
Midday already and only liquids so far. Have a slow cook casserole (can't call it stew or DH won't eat it!) quietly cooking away so will enjoy that tonight.

Happy repairing/fasting everyone. :geek:
Just wondering where you were today Judio!!
Yes I'm here too!
No swim this morning as my mate couldn't go and I didn't force myself on this rainy cold Monday in Sydney.
I've been to see Mum in the nursing home and we shared Remembrance Day.
Lots of herb tea, water, and a black coffee till 6pm-ish for a vege stir fry with some goat cheese and a plate of strawberries and melon.
Have a good day everyone.
Hi all
I am in for my usual Monday fast. :)
I feel like I haven't eaten much all week, to make up for the one night we went out to a 5 course dinner (and yes, I couldn't resist all 5 courses...).
Still worried what the scales will show tomorrow (usual weigh-in day) - 11 days to go til I have to fit into "that" dress!
I know we aren't supposed to start new threads here, but I just wanted to ask Wmr309 (or any Aussie - not sure if Wmr309 is an Aussie) what miso soup they have on fast days?
Cheers and happy fasting :)

I can't speak for anyone else, but I use one I get from Woolies - Pandaroo Japanese instant miso soup with spinach and mushroom. It comes out at 34 calories.
After feeling very dejected a couple of weeks ago, this Monday morning come with a big shift on the scales - 1.5kg in a week. No idea what happened there but it takes me to (slightly below) a magic number. I have lost 10.7kg on the Fast Diet. I was hoping to hit the 10kg loss by today so that extra 0.7 was a nice surprise.

All I have to do is 'rinse and repeat' that 3 more times to reach my target weight.
Good for you Lady Muck! :) you must be feeling very pleased! Best of luck for repeating the pattern x3 :D

And thanks MelbMandy, will give that miso soup a try :)
Mine is from Coles and is 27 cals :)

Hi Sassy1. Yes, I am an Aussie (and Dutch) and bought 12 sachets of instant miso soup from Coles. I don't eat the seaweed that's left at the bottom of my mug so it could even be less than the 28 calories (or 117kJ) the package states. Just had it for lunch. Not really 'yum' but it sees me through till dinner time.
