A No, not really. Pleased that I have got back on track (unlike other previous dieting efforts)
Q:Have I learned anything from it?
A:Yes. I must weigh every week, whatever the circumstances, and take immediate action if the weight is going back on.
Q:Any advice to others?
A:Yes, don't become complacent, once you have reached target. If you have been a yo-yo dieter, as I have for years, then 5:2 isn't magic. You must remain vigilant!
Congratulations to all of you have successfully fasted today and, if you didn't do as well as you would have liked, then tomorrow is another day and you can fix it!
Hi @angie007az and welcome to the forum. You've done amazingly well. I started 5:2 a week or so before you and I don't think I would still be doing it without the guys on this forum. It's a great place for help and support. Have a good look around and put your stat into the tracker. You don't have to make it public but it's great for motivation. Lot's of people do a full fast (no cals) but I can't say I'm one of them. Post a thread on the introduce yourself section so people know your here. Good luck as you continue.
