I'm in today! Having some trouble getting back on board, after dropping out last month for 2 weeks of illness and medicines. I've put a few lbs on, and I'm hoping to lose them before the Xmas holidays but I'm not doing my best job! Yikes! Hope to stay the course today. I had a good 180 cal soup for lunch and I'm having a 130 cal veggie burger for dinner but I also bought a bag of pretzles (160 cal) at work because I just felt so rumbly. Hoping to stay away from anything else!

Hot tea was just not cutting it today. I have to figure out something else for Wednesday....something lite for lunch and then a lighter dinner. I'll make this work!

@lori do you ever try a lowcal cuppasoup or miso or oxo to help warm you up and give you a salty boost on fast days?
Isnt it funny how some fasts are so much harder than others? X
