It's Monday, I'm 4:3, so this is one of my fasting days :)

Morning all. fasting today and tomorrow, no food during the day just a decent sized meal in the evening. Will be going to the gym this evening as well, although painful knees the past few weeks has hampered my gym workout. Hope everyone has a good day!
I'm in with the in crowd! Another 24 hour fast for me, then a bowl of soup, then nothing until brunch tomorrow, water all the while.

I'm in today. Off to see my Nan later as my grandad is still in hospital so need to keep an eye on her. Quite am indulgent weekend with alcohol which is unusual for me. I think i will be doing butternut squash pasta for dinner. I had tuna steaks for the first time ever the other day and enjoyed them.

I'm fasting today too, had a very indulgent week last week- birthday, then a horrible cold which just meant i wanted to eat all the time- 7:0, not 5:2. But back on it today and dont think I've gained much. Havent weighed myself at all yet (been on it for maybe 7 weeks now) so tomorrow morning will get on the scales and see how I'm doing!

Am in today, after a cake and meal out for Mothering Sunday really need it. Back from the woods with the dog and two black coffees, just off to the over 50s aqua size in a mo. Good luck everyone.
I'm not sure how this works yet. I signed up yesterday and have started my first fast today- so far so good. I've eaten a boiled egg and half an apple but feeling a bit hungry now. Lunch time will be tricky because I'm just having coffee while my husband tucks into something delicious. Maybe I should go outside and do some weeding to take my mind off food. I really, really must lose weight so I hope this works. I've joined MFP too so I can work out my calories etc. I hope you all get on well today.
I'm in today. I have the day off work, and I've never done a fast day whilst at home beofre! So many temptations... resisting so far. Good luck all :clover:
Great to see a few newbies here! Do have a good look around this site including the forums, lots of useful information to help you with this way of eating. Start an "Inteoduce yourself" thread, if you haven't already, and if you can't find an answer to any query you have (though do check out the Fasting library first), then please ask! Good luck.

My fast day is just about over. Looking forward to breakfast! Hope those of you still going have a successful day. :)
I'm in, done and ready for bed. I had a pretty good fast as far as calorie intake, but my tummy is upset still from a bug that's bothered me for almost a week. I'm looking forward to being bug free, feeling less than average. :(

Ive just done something very out of character..had 200 cals in my lunchtime
Dont think ive eaten at a fastday lunchtime before..just so so tired coz no sleep last night
and felt like some grub might help..a mistake of course, i still feel just as zonked.
My dindins is 360ish cals so will still be a feasible fast x

I'm here as usual on a Monday. Tiny loss for me today was a bonus after Mother's day weekend. I've been to aquajog which is very good value exercise - I would recommend it especially for those who have 'foot troubles'
@Clementine17When I started fasting I very quickly moved from splitting calories to save them all for the evening meal. You will find that hunger comes in waves it doesn't just grow and grow through the day. Eating something may provoke hunger and it leaves you with less calories . Being able to look forward to a 'big' dinner helps me through the day. Might be worth a try.

I'm in today too. Just been for a run as it always lifts my mood. Monday fast days tend to make me grumpy. I now feel quite positive, hungry yes but happy.Only had water so far looking forward to my evening meal tonight keep strong Monday fasters we can do it
