I had dukan bread for breaky (200 cals) and I have 200gms of chickn for lunch and that will be me for the day. I also have a 6mile run. I will do that Mon, Tues and Wed and then eat a bit more normally the rest of the week and see how I go

I had a very busy week last week with 'foody' related things all week. I did still manage to lose a pound, and do feel that I don't 'overdo' it all the time like before. Three weeks in and 2lb off - slow but steady and hopefully this week will be a good one.

I did really well today. The past few weeks I have cheated... But today I did very well. Staying out of the kitchen helped! As did drinking lots of peppermint tea. Amazing how good it feels not to eat so much AND to accomplish my mission today! Feeling GOOD!!!
I am going to try 4:3 - three fast days this week. First time ever... And maybe never again. Lol.
