I'm in. Have had 100cal porridge at 8am this morning and have taken my daughter swimming. Just sat here watching her eat chicken nuggets at the moment. They smell sooooooo good!!!!
Drinking green tea. Staying strong! Had an overindulgent weekend in London so needed to fast today!!
Good luck everyone.
I think I enjoy fasting days rather than feasting days, with fasting days I know what I should be doing, but feasting days I am concerned I will over do it, or not eat enough, I suppose I will get used to what I can and cant do. One really positive side effect I have noticed into my week two, is the amount of extra energy I have, its amazing, I am normally really sluggish and tired by mid afternoon and everything is a struggle, but my energy levels really have gone up, I did my couch to 5k training this morning, and this afternoon I went out for a bike ride with my son!! I feel fab, I hope the scales make me smile in the morning too !
Am fasting today. I have just enjoyed my light lunch of a hard boiled egg with some chopped cucumber followed by an apple. A boiled egg is becoming a predictable lunch for me but I find it satisfying and filling and easy for bringing to work, so why not? Dinner will be something up to 356 cals
I'm in, a bit late to report but definitely need a fasting day after a weekend of eating a lot. Very hungry today - quite high carbs yesterday after a successful blackberry picking session. My container had 800g and I felt like I'd eaten about as many but probably not quite...

Just coffee with milk for breakfast and haven't eaten anything yet. Viewing a potential flat this evening which is making me a bit nervous! Maybe too nervous to eat dinner!
I'm in but needing comfort food.
I had a full on foodie weekend as I was away. Only to have to take the cat to the vets today to find out he has cancer, with probably only a few weeks to live.

I am very sorry to hear that Julieathome... I adore my cat and can imagine how you must be feeling. I hope you can find some comfort from family and friends who understand and can give you a hug rather than reaching for the comfort food. Take care x
 Fast Day 3 for me! Lots of lemon water and love! Have a great day, everyone, fast or fuel!!!! We can do it if we do it together.
I'm in - it's been a few weeks since I posted these fasting day posts as I was on vacation. Managed one fast in 12 days, and skipped most breakfasts. Ate a little over 500 cal on the way home and fasted the next day as well - and I lost weight! Then I didn't feel inspired to fast again last week - and gained it back. So happily fasting today. Maintenance is definite in sight.

Glad to hear all is well with your parents, Wine'o'clock. Very sorry to hear about your cat, Julieathome. Take care all!
Liquid fast done and dusted good nite all & best of luck to northern hemispherians with your fasting
I'm in today too guys for my first fast of my 4:3 usual. Had a very fun calorific weekend

Julie, sorry to hear about your little kitty
I'm so sorry about your cat Julieathome, sending you hugs.

My fast day is over as it's bedtime; I went away for five days and didn't give any thought to what I ate and drank, other than to really enjoy it. Feels good to be back to fasting and I'm hoping to be back on track by Wednesday's weigh-in.

Good luck to those of you whose fasting day is still continuing; just remember it's only one day and you CAN do it! :clover:
Really sorry to hear about your cat julieathome.

Half way through todays fast and I'm finding fasting at home very difficult! Especially when my husband has baked a beautiful loaf of bread which is filling the house with the most wonderful smell! Anyway, Big Soup for tea, only an hour or so to go before tea time.
Very sorry to hear about your cat Julieathome.

Am fasting again after 2 weeks away - finding it a bit more of a struggle than usual but fortunately I'm stuck in the office with nothing to eat but a few mangy old plants and a huge pile of work to get through before I can head home!
Sorry to hear about your cat Julie x
