Thank goodness I am now at the point that I know I have made it. I will start preparing my meal at 7pm. At 3pm I had to sit in a cafe with a diet coke and watch my DH eat an all day breakfast with toast and butter. Last week while on holiday I eat so much and didn't skimp over Easter weekend so I just had to get back to normal today. :victory:

Oh 'normal' yes please nessie, I had a first time three day 'break' since joining. Ooh I won't get off the good horse  till Xmas think I. It was good in the moment but blimey not sure what I gained :?: in the real world.
Feeling rather pleased, we went to ikea where we had lunch my family had the traditional meatballs whilst i had a green salad! I had an M&S low cal meal for dinner so still have around a 100 cals left. I have found it easy today  go me
I managed to fast until 4ish, it's still a sort of fast. I find it much easier when my daughter is at school. Will have to get a grip on that before summer hols start.

Great I have made it to bed time! :victory: Much easier fast than last weeks when I did 2 back to back fast days. Today I was travelling home after the bank holiday weekend, so much of the day was in the car. The old me would have been munching throughout the journey, but I didnt miss the sweets at all. My weigh-in is tomorrow, but I'm probably up after 2 weekends in a row of visiting relatives, eating and drinking. I hope I off set some damage with the fasts and two 16:8 eating window days.
