I am in today as well. I am starting 5:2 again as I want to get in better shape.

Happy fasting everyone :-)
I'm in today - back to normal routine following a 6 day break in Iceland last week. Only one fast day last week , hotel breakfasts every morning, drinking beer because the wine was so expensive etc etc. My measurements are the same as 2 weeks ago - I'm not too unhappy with that. My weight loss over the last 2 months has been painfully slow but my fat % continues to drop so I am concentrating on that
I'm fasting today - my 5th fast. Going better than my last one so far.....last week I was cold and hungry.....this week I am not so bad :)
I'm in today fro Dallas, Texas. Weekend was a lot of eating so have to get back...

Rhondar - good to see a fellow Texan! Are u close to Dallas?

LUVLEEJU - Your son;s wedding - how exciting! I'm sure u'll make it ;-)

tinamacarina - Sorry about yr knee - Hope u recover fast.

Cheers all!
Had a good fast today but less coffee than I normally would and I'm totally starving! It's only 3.40pm! Got loads of work to do tonight so I'm hoping that will keep my occupied and away from the kitchen for a few hours!

Even worse coz I know my family are having takeaway tonight for tea...but I did have a hangover McDonald's yesterday so I must stay strong
I'm in for the day too. Only 8:20 am in Seattle so a long day ahead! I took last week off..there weren't 2 non consequitive days I could fast and decided I needed a little break.. But will do Monday and Wed this week! Good luck to all!
I'm fasting too today.
Walked my dog for an hour then cleaned the house. Being busy keeps me from feeling hungry, though I always end up watching cooking programs!
( should not watch James Martin when fasting! He's making fish and chips .....droooool)

Hope everyone's fast is going well. I'm going to have huge salad with small portion of homemade macaroni cheese for tea.
Hello fellow fasters! I am a 30 year old female who has 32 lbs to lose. Did my first week of 2 days fasting successfully and saw some movement on the scale but only after each fast day. This morning, hopped on the scale and saw no change in weight from the first day that I started, meaning nothing has changed since fasting. What is going on here? Any advice is much appreciated!!
Another faster here! I am so glad. 3 days in a row of weekend feasting and I start to feel unbalanced. Perhaps I ought to give 4:3 a chance?! Hope you are all doing well! Remember...you can have it tomorrow!
I've had a brilliant day and not felt hungry at all. However, since I had my tea I've been really hungry which isn't like me at all :frown:

I'm having half a cup of instant hot chocolate, as if I go to bed hungry I won't sleep. And I happen to be having my busiest week at work in a very long time, sigh
I have a couple of hours until bed on this fast day. It's been OK - I'm a little cold.
Yay i survived. Even though I had to go shopping and everyone else had a meal in the cafe, I didn't succumb, not even when we stood at the bakery counter squeezing the bread to find the warmest, freshest one. I survived the day. Tomorrow its beefburgers in tiger bread baps for dinner.
Well done @Julieathome - you deserve to feel very proud of yourself

I've never enjoyed a breakfast as much as I did this morning ! Nothing like a successful fast day, a new PB on the scales, and a yummy cooked breakfast to start Tuesday off with a smile
