Today's finishing out OK for me tho' I have shifted a fair amount of FF Greek Yoghurt. :oops:

Well it is 5:21pm and I have eaten 425 calories today. This leaves me a few calories to eat half an apple before bed if I need it. Today hasn't been to hard compared to other low calorie days. This is a new way of life and I'm starting to really enjoy it : :smile:
Thanks @Sassy1 and @CandiceMarie for your kind words. You are both right it happens but my concern is that I am getting soft now that I am maintaining. I am far too new to maintaining to become relaxed about fasting. Maybe a few months down the line and definitely not before Christmas. Will need to be extra vigilant not to exceed on eating days this week and keep my eyes on the ball.
Yeh, I have fasted, off to bed past mid night. Sorry I have been absent today everyone, been dealing with tricky issues. :shock: :?:

Good evening, Americans. Good afternoon, Aussies. (I won't greet the Brits, as I hope you are all soundly asleep!)
I had a good fast day. Low fat latte mid day, and for dinner, small helping of my mac 'n cheese casserole which also has broccoli and cauliflower. One square of Lindt "Intense Mint" dark chocolate.

Congrats to the new fasters here. See you all next week.

I've been in today, coffee, green tea, broth to get me through the morning; just a hardboiled egg for my "lunch" at 6pm (missing my fresh peaches and yogurt), and as usual a stir fry for dinner. May have a 100 cal ice cream if hungry at bedtime...too-da-loo for now!
