@wendyjane, I typically have a frozen yogurt bar (<100cals) last thing on a light day, for the reasons you state. Also, I think that the dairy helps me sleep. I like bars for the portion control. Another snack for late on light days is lowfat popcorn in a bag, measured out, usually about 35 cals per cup.
Thanks @ferretgal. I made it through. Starting with 800 calories though, to ease myself in as I gave myself a migraine last time going straight for the 500, so it does feel a bit of a cheat!
@Sioux101, not being prone to migraines I should probably shut up...but one thing I know for sure: Make sure you keep up your caffeine intake. Especially if you typically use sweetener and/or whiteners in your tea/coffee, it's easy to forget to drink your usual amounts, which can cause headaches from caffeine withdrawal. Plus, generally keeping yourself hydrated.
@ferretgal neither was I until I tried fasting!

I don't drink tea or coffee so I think it was just due to the shock to the system and low blood sugar. I've always been a grazer, my mum told me the other day that even when I was very young I got grotty if I didn't eat regularly. The word ''hangry' was invented for me!!

I never actually thought I'd be able to do fasting at all but it's surprising how easy it can be if I skip breakfast. Just got to keep it up and lose some of this chocolate weight!!
