I drink a lot of water and tea, and coffee....but still have headaches.
maybe it has to do with switching to fat burning mode, then? @carorees?

@Soophie. If you are drinking plenty and getting headaches on your fast days it is most likely that you are flushing salt from your system as both fasting (and a low carb diet) and drinking a lot can do this. A salty drink like bouillon or similar will likely solve the problem. Also, if you are not drinking as much caffeine-containing drinks as usual this can also cause headaches.
