Happy anniversary Julianna!
I'm in today, happy September, happy Monday fasting and happy trip back down to pre school Hols low weight.
Sorry to hear you have a painful neck loversghost . Don't put up with it & go & badger your GP until something gets done to help you!
I'm fasting today & will do back to back fasts today & tomorrow to try to lose a little more weight before my sons wedding on Friday. So only coffee & water until supper but I have to go to the dentist this afternoon to have a broken filling replaced & I hate injections!!
I hope you all have a good fast day.
Black coffees all day then chicken with loads of veggies
for my evening meal, good luck Monday fasters.
Happy Anniversary @julianna
---------- Silver for you both next year --------------
Congratulations to Julianna and Sallyo on anniversaries and, if you are looking forward to the start of a new school term ( for whatever reason), I can only say that I really enjoy not having to think about it any more!
Good luck to all fasting today. Onwards and downwards!
Ohh dear ive ruined my determined day fasting i' m afraif..it will have to be a determined low cal day instead! well done the rest of you sticking it out
So what happens when I get on the scale? I find myself weighing in at the lowest Monday morning weight I've ever seen, which is also the very lowest non-fasting weight I've seen since I started this diet.
Very strange, but I'll take it.
@Julianna and @Sallyo,
Congratulations on your anniversaries, and may you have many more happy ones!
@loversghost,
So sorry to hear you are battling the painful neck. I have more than my share of disc problems and know how miserable they can be. Sometimes they will improve with patient waiting. There isn't much doctors can do except operate, and that doesn't always make things better. Physical therapy has never done anything for me. Have you ever tried acupuncture? It isn't much help for ruptured discs, but it can be very helpful for muscles that have gone into spasm around a painful joint/disc and which stay painful after the joint inflammation has resolved.
