Im in, once I sleep and wake up again. Kids are back to school and I'm looking forward to the routine it brings. I have been losing and gaining the same 3lbs for the last 5 weeks now! Very fustrating to be so close to goal and not quite get there!

I'm with you Sallyo, Scubachick and Winooclock. I've got a (not very) delightful bit of winter fat stored around my waist from not fasting as much as usual and now that lovely warm weather has hit, I'm finding my motivation. Walk and gym already, going to get some cottage cheese and almonds in now for my muscle repair/building, then it's liquid (water and tea) until brekkie.
I'm in when I get up
I'll be with you in the morning, after my kip. Tomorrow maybe a non eat day - work and then evening meeting, home at 10pm. I'll drink tea, fizzy water and grab a salad with protein at 6pm if I can.

I am also fasting Wed from now on as it is my busiest day so hopefully that will work.

We just set a date to go visit my son and eat at his new restaurant. So I better fast a couple extra days this week and next as I shall be eating nonstop while visiting. It's an 11 hour drive each way, which is much longer than I've driven since my 30s. But it's an unpleasant very expensive flight that, worst case, can take almost as long as the drive due to delays. OH will share the driving and we will make it an adventure.
But first to knock off a couple thousand preemptive calories!
to Monday fasters - I shall be joining in later today as it's one of my regular 4:3 days. My menu will feature white fish and some vegetable soup as well as my usual 0% fat Total Greek Yoghurt, cherry tomatoes and broth.
If I manage to go kayaking then I might have an additional cup of broth and some blueberries with the yoghurt.
