Hello back, @Lucille66 and well done for being 3 weeks into this. If you're apprehensive about weighing, then is it possible to track another measure that is unlikely to affect your mood, such as judging changes by the fit of your clothes?

Good Luck!
I'm in today. First day of 4:3 for the week. Had a good week last week an it showed on the scales :like: Looking forward to another good fast today.
I'm in today! So far i'm feeling good. After this last weekend eating I thought I was going to be up in weight but it turned out I didn't gain anything this weekend. Have a good day everyone!
I tried and I failed so I am trying again. Today is a fast day. Good luck to all of you.
Hope it going / gone ok today x
For me,fairly easy so far, apart from fact that circumstances led me into a Carvery today...not a crumb was eaten tho, despite the nice smells
@25fast not to worry, you've picked yrself up and given it another go today- and that's the main thing! :like: x
So far so good! Have felt hungry at times over the day but have coped! The thing that I've noticed was most difficult was that I usually pick all day, esp on days like today when I've been stuck in the office! Noticed that although I wasn't hungry I wanted to eat. Good thing is that I didn't succumb!

Have drank loads of water with orange, lemon & lime slices for extra taste
Have really enjoyed it & chicken kebabs & salad for dinner was delicious!

Hope everyone has had a good day x
Hello and Welcome, @Lianne K Douglas - you're certainly off to a fine start so :like:

I hope that you continue to find your FDs comfortable and that they slot readily into your WOL.

Good Luck!
My fastday turned into a 16:8 again. Turns out a little bit off stress puts me right off my fast. Should be fully moved by Wednesday so Thursdays fast should be better, I hope.
Welcome@Lianne K Douglas! Sounds like your day went very well! :like:
Phew..another fast done anddusted!
Thank you! Not sure how to tag yet! I actually enjoyed it! Been eating rubbish for about a month & was feeling awful. After only 1 day I feel better already!

@Lianne K Douglas, it is surprising how much better we can feel for not eating, particularly after a run of unhelpful choices.

If you can switch from Quick Reply to Full Editor then you should have a range of BB code options at the top of the text box in which you're typing and the 'tag' option is the 2nd one from the right (for me).
So far it has been a great day. I felt good enough to do 3 miles on the treadmill. This is way better than last week
I fasted today - was at a conference and got hungry at lunchtime so managed to pick some pastrami, gherkin and emmental sandwiches apart - very tasty! Avoided the cake and biccies then had a low-cal chicken salad on the train to Manchester with some added chilli prawns - I do like to fill up on protein! Looking forward to my next fast on Wednesday and LOSING WEIGHT!
