This post runs the danger of being the 2nd one or clashing as it is already 10 to 8. I've been up for hours and now it's black coffee time. Grand daughter, Adelaide, is here for holiday and we're going to be busy.

Hi Sallyo and Candicemarie. Ive done my stair running, first for two weeks. Now Im at work with a black coffee and fizzy water.
How old is you GD @Sallyo? Enjoy your time with her.
Its going to get to 31 degrees here today, I think we have skipped Spring and gone straight to Summer.

I'm fasting today too. Didn't fast at all last week, so going to do 4:3 this week to make up for it. Thinking about joining the Christmas challenge as my niece is getting married late November so would correlate quite well I think.

Hi there,

Im starting fasting today. Chatted a few girlfriends yesteday who have been on it. One girlfriend has been on it for 2 months and has lost 6kg and it really shows. So I thought...that's it. It's my time. I need to lose 10kg by christmas.

Wish me luck.
I'm in too for the usual Monday fast. :)

I won't be liquid fasting, as I am still at mum's, but hope to just limit myself to home made chicken soup that I will be preparing this afternoon.

We had a very warm weekend here - it was LOVELY - but back to low 20's now.

I am in too! Where is everyone else? Not been around much the last few days, very busy and have a horrid cold. Good news is it has put me off my nosh! Maybe not good food but much less of it! This evening I will have a tin of low cal minestrone soup. Will load up the slow cooker for P as he wants decent food! Just having my breakfast black coffee. Will write my blog this evening to catch up with what is happening here.
I'm In today. Week 3 of fasting for me. Only managed 1 day last week but might try 4:3 this week. Have a good one everyone. X
I'm in today, especially after a totally carb filled weekend...friends here Friday evening, charity cake stall Saturday morning, Harvest Festival lunch yesterday, leftovers...oh my :bugeyes:

Morning all! It's my 1st fast day, at work so hopefully will be busy! Plan to drink plenty water & eat later because if I eat early that'll be it for the rest of the day!
Feeling hungry because I've not eaten healthily for a few weeks now (usually eat healthy) but I know I'll smash the fasts once I'm back eating well!
