I'm in. Still trying to get back in the groove post X-mas and with my recovering sprained ankle. It's still not up to running, I think, but had a nice yoga class at lunchtime and will do some cycling and weight training after work.

Good luck all
Hello all, it is still Sunday night here, with the snow blowing all over, wind whistling through these old windows. Looking forward to snuggling up in bed in a few moments. Wanted to chime in early this time to say I'll be fasting Monday as well. Plan on having a large plate of stir fried veggies and tofu mid afternoon. That is when I usually eat my main meal and if I eat enough of it it should keep me full most of the evening. So looking forward to this fast. I ate very poorly this weekend and need to get back in the groove. Friday's fast was a breeze so hoping Monday's will be as well. The cheesecake from my dinner with my sister last night is all gone, no more tempting treats in the house!
See you Monday!
Also googled chi ball! never heard of it :) the things we learn on here lol
Just popped in to see how we are all going, with my second black coffee for the day. It's a beautiful day in Adelaide now, and the week is supposed to be getting progressively warmer...

I know what you mean @wmr309 re food being on your mind a lot during a fast day! And @nznicole, and anyone else trying to get back in the groove, extra good luck! :clover:

Thanks @Sallyo and @Maggiee re having a good time in Adelaide. I hope to!
Good morning campers.
I'm in, just a small salad till my light dinner tonight.
Good luck everyone
Good morning everyone! I've not been on here for a long time, but I'm in with you all today. So lovely to see so many familiar faces :)

Unfortunately, this site is blocked at work so I can't read or reply until this evening.
Hope you all have a good day x
I'm fasting today too!! Busy Monday on here today!!
This is my fourth week of 5:2 and the scales are most certainly heading in the right direction. I have a feeling today might not be too easy but I'm going to stick right with it!!!
Bit annoyed that I've been disorganised and have to got go to the super market at some point to day, never the best idea with a rumble tummy :-/
Wish me luck monday fasting team!!!!
Hi there fellow fasters, next fast underway in the Minsmum ADF routine, one black coffee down and several to go!!! Dog walk then shopping, food shopping and baking today to keep me busy. Onwards and downwards.

Feeling the fasting love and passing it on to y'all x
I'm in today. Lots of housework to do today but I think I'll split the day by going into town to buy a popcorn maker, one of the hot air ones. Popcorn is a good fast day treat.
I'm in too .. I was viciously attacked by a large bag of peanuts at the weekend and the only way to stop them was to eat them :curse:

So I need to fast !

Good luck all hope the day passes nice and quick for us all :like:
I'm fasting today I had around 800 cals day yesterday due to going out for the evening to see Peter Kay's phoenix nights :like: so it kept me away from the fridge ! Thanks Peter :like:
Good morning everyone! I'm in today, just having my morning coffee and it's Moroccan chicken soup for dinner. Feeling extra motivated because I've just received the news that I've been picked to work offshore on a new project for work for a few months, so the thought of potentially wearing swimwear in front of colleagues is a bit daunting!
Hope you all have a lovely day :like:
FFF - First February's Fast for me, too

For those of you who have the time and wish to be kept away from fridge or eating thoughts by a book: I warmly recommend The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce. Just finished it and loved it. Very warmhearted style and touching story.

I decided to prolong 4:3 until Easter. Maybe I will do a back-to-back fast Mon Tue. Love it to have week-end feast days in a row... Not sure yet, though.

Have a fabulous day all
M
My OH are also fasting today. I've just had both of my legs treated this morning for varicose veins with injections in both legs so I'm feeling a little sorry for myself because I hate injections but my legs need to be sorted. The injections don't really hurt just slightly stinging but I'm a real wimp! My OH manfully came with me as a sort of chaperone with me standing there in my undies but also to drive & give me morale support. It is fascinating to see ones own venous system displayed on the ultrasound monitor! A very competent French doctor comes to my local surgery to give private treatments that are not covered by the NHS that doesn't seem to offer sclerotomy as they do on the continent.
I hope you all have a good fast day. After my very chilly walk, post treatment, I'm off to put on my very unglamorous support stockings
Hello, I'm in .... short and sweet, back to work! Good luck to all.
