I'm finally sitting down after a vast plate of home made Quorn Bolognese and bare naked noodles (250 cals) I used Onion, celery, carrot, red and green peppers, mushrooms and courgette all chopped fine with a tin of chopped tomatoes a beef stock cube and some herbs, and of course the Quorn mince. I could have made 4 portions from it at 170 ish cals per portion but went for 3 big 220 cal portions.
Loads of calories left for an Options,I'm hoping I might see 9st 7lbs on the scales tomorrow :clover:
I had veggie Lincolnshire sausages (by Cauldron. 77 Cals each) with lots of green veg and gravy. Really filled me up and the sausages were yummy!
I'm just checking in, even though I already see tomorrow's fast thread up! It's been a busy fast day, so luckily speeding right along. The challenge has been that part of my busy-ness has been online food shopping for a dinner party this weekend. Got through that though and have lots of great food to look forward to to break this fast!
I've been fasting today. It has been my first successful fast for about 3 weeks. For some reason I have been fine until I've eaten tea and then I've just eaten silly stuff and sabotaged the fast. However today I have cracked it :) again. I think the problem was that I reached my first goal weight and my mind then relaxed. It has made me realise that I will need to fast in order to maintain though.
