Good Morning, nice day for a fast who's in?
Hi Wineoclock,
I'm ready to join you. I'm going to pick something out of the Hairy Dieter's cookbook today for dinner. I'll let you know how it goes. :-)
Xx Julianna
Hi everybody

I'm definitely ready to go today after my very disastrous attempt to fast last Monday.

I hope by posting on here, I am able to remain strong and accountable.

Water, black tea and coffee and an evening meal are the go for the day.

cheers Maggie.
morning all. I'm in today. I've just taken some eye filet out of the freezer. It's coffee now and off to work. Good luck, Maggiee. Just feel the hunger and find something else to do; the feeling will pass.
I'm in today too, finally feel life is getting back to a bit 'normal' after all the family drama. Might even lose some weight this week!

Best wishes all fasters today.
Hi fellow fasters!

I will be joining you when tomorrow comes as its still evening in the UK lol :-)
Half hearted attempt from me. Scales showed 500 gram gain compared to week ago. However, we are travelling interstate so it won't be hard not to purchase on-board food but once we get there (WA) I want to enjoy a few days of good food and wine. I promise to be back on it by Monday! Good luck all fasters. :like:
We are fasting.....feeling good!!!
Good morning. Just about to go for a walk with my lovely wife along the beach and then back for the first of my two soups for the day. Only three months to Valentine's Day, I have just been reminded.
I'm in.It's very windy here. Trying to decide if I can bear to go for a walk. I hate the wind; it makes me grumpy!
I'm in after a few indulgent away days in Belgium, home of the cake, chocolate and beer (and lace, but you can't eat/drink lace!).

So, I'm in tomorrow!
I'll be in too - once we get to Thursday. Monday's fast was more successful than some have been recently, I've had a bit of a tendency to lose focus in the evening, so I'm aiming for another successful one tomorrow. I think some of the things people have been saying on here about autumn feeding syndrome are definitely true.
Anyway... good fasting folks!!

I have had the odd fast day where some lace would've looked pretty appetizing!!
