must try and be good as i'm having a week off fasting next week whilst we are on holiday so should really try and stick with it today.
Maybe diet coke and tea will do the trick????

Just had my one meal this evening, salmon and vegetables. Oh that was good.
Having an early night so I don't keep eating.

Then banana for lunch and half a tin of soup with a ton of veg for dinner. I find some hot water and lemon is good for fast days, it takes away the bloated feeling and for some reason is pretty filling.
Oh @ChinChin, what a difference it makes where in the world you are... you're at the tail end of your fast day? It's not even 6am here yet! LOL
I'm kinda amazed at how much food I was able to gather for today and still be under 500 calories. I get strawberris and blueberries with my black tea for breakfast... a big salad for lunch (and miso soup too!) then I still have some raw veggies for a snack.
Today will be my second fast of the week, and my second ever fast. Monday went well, lets see how today goes. Wish me luck!
I'm combining 5:2 with paleo (but not cutting out dairy, because, just no).

I just caved and had 2 dates and 30g banana as it was closest to hand.
That and a cup of coffee with milk, and I am already 100cals down. Damn it.
@Caboodlez, I have a similar app & some days it's the only thing that gets me through. I change "coaches" once a month or so to keep things interesting. Good luck to all fasters today. Tomorrow will be here before you know it & you can have anything you want then -in moderation of course
