Morning all, another beautiful autumn day here. Well here's to a good fast, I'm so sick of being stuck in the 73 kgs I had got down to the 71's before Christmas. Oh well such is life and food and wine
I' m in WineO,after ive slept, for my usual Thursday fast and repair
Good luck everyone - go forth and fast! :like: :clover: x
Hi @Wineoclock! I'm in today. Lovely day here in Melbourne too, we've been so lucky with the weather this week. Such a shame I've been stuck at work!

Hope everyone has a great fast...

xxx
Hi, I should be here, but forgot and had breakfast. This entire week has been a write off for fasting for me. Not going to beat myself up about it, I'm sure it's linked to me putting on a couple of kgs in the past few weeks. I've started a weights programme at the gym, so know it's because I'm building muscle plus I'm premenstrual this week - but even my waist measured a cm more this morning. Feeling despondent.

So fast happily everyone, and I'll be back with you all next week :D
Hello everyone, I'm in today too. :)

We certainly have been blessed with some lovely weather this week, and it is supposed to continue for a few more days too :D But it's inside chores for me today...

Hope those of you who have been struggling are able to find the motivation you need - special wishes to @Maggiee who was intending to fast today. We had a great catch-up over coffee yesterday, which certainly helped with my motivation to resist the evening munchies, which I did manage last night for the first time in a while... So thanks Maggie!

Happy fasting! :)
I will be fasting when Thursday dawns here, after a week of 4:3 to make up for vacation week. That will be 4 fasts in 8 days. Then back to 5:2.

I'll be trying the no lunch version to see if I get less hungry.
Hello,

Yes I forgot to post this morning, I have been out walking!

Thanks for the kind words and the wonderful support and encouragement yesterday @Sassy1 I certainly enjoyed the chit chat and coffee and whoohoo :like: :like: for avoiding the munchies last night!

Yes I am fasting today, and all is going well - I have been for a 40 min walk and tomorrow I plan to go to a walking path which is near by.

I was also inspired this morning by reading and seeing the wonderful pictures by @caroreessuch an amazing result and a real credit to you my sweet. :like:

Once again thanks to Sassy1 and to Carorees for your help.

cheers Maggie
Hi All,
Having a go today after a half failed day yesterday. Just had my BP done by the medic here and shockingly high, so even more determined to make it work!
Nice and overcast here today, a lvoely change!!!
It's a lovely day for a walk, @Maggiee - best wishes for the rest of the day.

Agree that @carorees transformation is inspirational - especially the control she has shown over a long period. I would like to hear more about how she has kept motivated. Caroline, perhaps you could add more on that to your thread in weight loss successes?
hi fasters & Melbournians (@sassy1, @Maggiee, @kelkelkelster,

yes, I'm in today too, lovely sunshine, but the wind is getting a bit fierce.

It's an HIIT day today for me, just sitting here writing & putting off the inevitable.

Also making some Jamie Oliver falafel to freeze for quick meals (out of 15 min meals - I love that book!), maybe have some tonight as well with salad.

happy fasting everyone!@
Here again for no 2 fast of this week. Despite being very mindful of not over indulging on feast days, weight has crept up on last week and no change so far. I must check waist as it is more true indicator.

So green tea for breakfast and will dig out some homemade soup (leek/carrot/garlic/Thyme) from freezer for 'lunch'. A couple of teas and maybe a bovril drink will keep me going until then. Evening meal ? best to plan for it so will have portion of cassarole beef but no potatoes and lots of broccoli.

Good luck everyone but fear if no progress this week, it will be hard to keep up motivation. Maybe move up to 4:3 ? :(
Good morning count me in it's a black coffee for breakfast !
I am in today. Salad for dinner tonight . First coffee shortly.
Im in today. I have been bad lately so im off to the venting tent now :/
I'm in. Baked egg and spinach for tea. I will also be having salad at lunch today as meeting a friend.
