Congratulations @tutti, on a successful fast. I'd weigh myself! When you first start you can get startling results and it's so encouraging.
If you feel lighter, i wd get weighed @Tutti!
Did you take yr measurements? You could find youve whittled off a few cms
But only weigh if you can handle no loss of ounces or inches...i didnt lose for 5 weeks and was a bit downhearted
If you weigh/ measure and feel a bit disappointed, just remember it WILL change x
Milestone today: my 50th "light" (fast) day today! Stressed from work, sick cat (going to the vet in the morning), but made it through! And as I said Monday, tracking my intake on light days only...making sure I stay at 500 cals or less. Not much point "cheating" on light days to the tune of 100 cals and undermining my weight loss.
I'm in the Southwest US and am just done for the day! This is the first time I've done a Tuesday-Thursday fast (as opposed to M-Th) and it seemed harder with only the one day in between. I know some people do alternate-day fasting, so it must work for some!

Bedtime is the hardest part of the whole IF thing, by far! I'm 8 weeks in and am still finding it very hard to sleep after a day's fast. I'm both wired and fighting hunger pangs every single time. But when I wake up tomorrow morning I know I'll feel great, plus I have a breakfast date with hubby scheduled after we drop the kids at school. Eggs and pancakes, if I can just get to sleep now...

I woke up much too early today, which I hate on fast days. Extra hours of until dinner! But here I am. Must do a project today to make the time pass.

Hi @@peebles Thank you for this information. My weigh-in this morning after fasting showed a small loss for which I am grateful and will accept gladly! My biggest "gain" though is the toned arms and legs ... I like those! The info that you wrote sounds very interesting, I will look into cortisol further.
I hope that your day passed quicker than expected yesterday and that you made up your sleep elsewhere
